The ownership of The Ranch consists of three groups who have extensive experience in developing and owning master-planned projects:

Bryan Bentrott, the Principal of Summit Development Corporation, was a founding partner of Master Development Corporation (“MDC”). He has been directly involved in the development of over 7 Million square feet of industrial buildings from 5,000 to 500,000 square feet.

Kraemer Land Company is a fully integrated real estate firm with over 50 years of hands-on, cycle-tested experience in acquiring, developing, leasing and managing property. Kraemer currently owns and manages over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate including office, industrial and retail product types.

Cardinal Development Company is both a developer and acquirer of real estate. Their ownership portfolio includes industrial, multi-tenant
automotive centers and self-storage.
